I unlocked the privacy but every time every time I went back to see the privacy folder and I always see that lock again. How do I unlock foreever :-}

You don't unlock it forever. It's a privacy/security feature to prevent a stranger from sitting down at your computer and being able to change anything throughout the system. Convenience and security are opposite ends of the same line, the closer you get to one end the further away you go from the other end.
