Hello, how can i cleanup this lists without reinstalling the system and uninstalling programs?
1 - System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Photos
2- System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Contacts
on macOS Mojave 10.14.5

I found a solution, maybe someone will come in handy...
to reset all app permissions use terminal command: tccutil reset All
