No, no, and ... no. iOS devices are meant to be single-user devices, so your passcode to unlock it is generally your only line of privacy.
For #1 and 2, a possible alternative is to put your bookmark links into a document which can be locked. Opening the document and then tapping on one of the links would open Safari to that page. In iOS 9 you can lock Notes, so perhaps that might work. You may also use Pages to create such a document, and lock the Pages document.
