Whenever someone sends me SMS messages or I have missed calls, it shows the senders phone number on the lock screen. It is not really a big concern as I always keep my phone with me all the time, even when I go on breaks.

Is there a setting to hide the senders phone numbers or even name?

A scenario would be, if someone forgets their phone and the phone is locked, and someone sends an SMS message, their phone number is shown in the lock screen and then a stranger can just write down the number and call them pretending to be me.

I don’t believe there is a way to do that. The notification hiding option just hides the content, not the name / number tho. I do wish it would do this tho.
