I have some slight PWM sensitivity, so to mitigate that I keep the brightness up to about 90% on my 13 Pro, and have reduce white point up to 96%. It is mostly usable, but the display is still pretty bright and there are times where my eyes are a bit more sensitive, and the brightness seems just a bit eye-piercing.

Would a privacy screen protector slightly dull the brightness/sharpness of the display, making it a bit more tolerable in this situation? I know they don't greatly darken the display, but was just curious if there is just enough of this effect that it might help in my situation.

Thanks!

Use accessibility and reduce white point for starters.

Yeah, I do- I currently set my brightness to about 90% or so to get the least amount of flicker, then I set reduce white point to 96% to darken it enough so it doesn't fry my eyeballs. lol

But that leaves the display still just a bit too bright, and so I was wanting to see about darkening it just a bit more, possibly with one of these privacy screen protectors.
