I believe this is specific to Ventura, which I installed about two weeks ago.

After a power-down and a boot up, I often lose all my settings under Privacy & Security / Accessibility. There are no apps listed on the screen.

When things are working properly, there are over a dozen apps for which I have, in the past, enabled access under Privacy & Security / Accessibility.

On other occasions -- after a restart without powering down, perhaps? still testing -- the P&S / Accessibility settings are intact.

Any ideas? Thank you.

Just wondering where you got with this?

I'm experiencing the same right now (but on Monterey). I restart my system and after login the screen explodes with a fireworks display of login items filling the screen and fighting each other for my finite human attention, all asking for privacy permissions, which might be accessibility and/or full disk access (and/or occasionally one of the others). What I've found the best immediate solution is re-restart, after which it nearly always comes up with all the privacy settings as they should be. That's great but I'd rather have it just umm ... restarting.

Does that resemble what you had? Has it stopped? If so, what's the fix? Thanks.

... Experiencing the same behavior on Ventura, have not found any solutions, but interested to see if anyone else has.
