My iPhone, which is about 3 weeks old, is really getting slow. It is freezing and stuff. If I take it into a Genius to have it looked at or replaced, would they be able to see stuff from private browsing?

I don't think so, Lets hope it's not illegal...

if the browser was still open then they could navigate back?

Chances are they won't even try to find out what you were looking at.

lol "private browsing"

personally i would just back up and then restore as new if you're afraid of someone prying into your phone looking through your private browsing history should you get a replacement.

then restore from back up on the replacement and continue your private browsing in private :)

Nothing that is illegal. Could be considered embarrassing though. =D

I can just call and request a replacement?

If I do a complete backup/restore, would it wipe out all hidden browsing history?

The private browsing history is never saved to the flash memory of the iPhone. It is always kept in the ram. A simple restart is sufficient to remove it all.
