iPad Private Browsing?

How do you turn on Private Browsing on the iPad? They made it so easy on the iPhone, putting the toggle within the app, but it's nowhere to be found in Safari on the iPad. It looks like the toggle's no longer in Settings.app either.

i noticed that you have to pull up the keyboard, otherwise the option isnt there

it's right above the keyboard on the left when you are typing in the address bar
