Private number blocking?

Hi just wondered if anyone knows of any way to block private or with held numbers trying to call me, nearly always sales calls so I dont wish to receive them.
i know how to block contacts and other numbers but cannot see a way to block these and just thought someone may know how, I am using iphone XR, thanks very much, Terry
 
I believe there are apps which will block calls that do not show their caller ID. Have you looked thru some of them in the App Store? Try "HiYa".
