I've started working on an app and i was wonderig if i should register under a private account or a corporate account. I'm from Switzerland and here if i start doing business it's automatically a single-member company, thoug i don't have to enter it in the register of companies if i earn less than $100'000. At the moment that only would cost me $1000.
However if business goes well, i hope so, i'll going to change the legal form of the company to limited liability corporation of even to an incorporated company. I can't go for those at the moment because i don't have the required stock money (limited liability corporation: 20'000 SFr.; incorporated company 50'000 Sfr.).
My question is what what sort of papers apple would require me to send them if i regsiter as a company and what about changing from a private account to a company account?
