iCloud Private Relay no longer works on my home internet network after upgrading to iOS 17.1, iPadOS 17.1, and macOS 17.1.

Under my iCloud settings in the Settings app, Private Relay now says "1 issue" and when I tap on that the issue is describes as this:

"Private Relay is turned off for [my home wireless network name]. Private Relay is either not supported by this network or Limit IP Address Tracking has been turned off in Wi-Fi Settings. When Private Relay is off, this network can monitor your internet activity, and your IP address will not be hidden from known trackers or websites."

does anyone know how to fix this? Private Relay always worked perfectly on my home network before. If I disconnect from my home network and only use my iPhone's 5G connection, this message goes away.

Have you found the answer for this? It started today for me. Happens on both my iPhone and Mac.
