Private Relay Randomly Turning Off

I use Private Relay for all my web browsing on my devices. For the past month or so, the feature has been randomly turning off on both my iPhones and my iPad, all up to date. I need to go into the settings for my Wi-Fi network and re-enable "Limit IP Address Tracking" and then Private Relay turns right back on (see screenshot). Not sure why this keeps happenings - any ideas?

I'm primarily on my home Wi-Fi, AT&T fiber with router in passthrough and using Eero 6+ mesh network.

I don't use private relay on my iPhone, but I was using it on my Mac. The other day, it would randomly turn off and back on again every so often. Perhaps it is designed to turn off when the relay server has some issue.
