I don't know if there is a thread on this but how do I rid my iPad 2 of this "www.prizegiveaway.org" popup ?

Before going into settings to clear Safari's history, cookies, and cache, be sure to turn off your WiFi/3G connection.

No idea if this will work, but certainly worth a try.

Thanks for responding, my iPad is in the UK and I'm currently in the Middle East..

I got my wife to disconnect from wifi, clear history, cookies and cache then do a controlled shut down of safari and the reroot the machine and it seems to have worked fingers crossed.

Balamw, we've no idea how or where it came from??
