Pro Advice for Workgroup Laser Printer?

I'm a longtime Mac user; I have four of them now. My latest laser printer, a networked Lexmark T520, died (it was only a couple of years old-I do NOT recommend this printer). I need a good, new laser printer, and seek recommendations from someone with equivalent needs.
Good resolution (1220 dpi preferred, but not essential)
Reliable
Duplex printing strongly preferred
reasonably priced cartridges
Could do color or B&W
Network capable
