what does it do( and not do), my friend has a broken ibook does she still have to pay for fix?( with pro-care)
i could go look it up on apple.com, but i guessed you guys coudl help

Pro Care has nothing to do with Apple Care. All it does is give you priority status when visiting the Genius Bar at an Apple Store. It doesn't change whether or not you have to pay for repairs. Pro Care users can make a specific appointment with a Genius up to seven days in advance. Non- Pro Care customers have to come in to the Apple Store and put their name on a list and then wait around. Pro Care is also tied to a specific computer.
