The 14 pro max has a different minimum focus distance than my previous phone (12PM), which has been a bit of an adjustment for me.

iPhone 14 Pro Max - 200 mm (7.8 in)
iPhone 13 Pro Max - 150 mm (5.9 in)
iPhone 12 Pro Max - 115 mm (4.5 in)

Can this be sticked somewhere. People claim their lens is damaged but it’s not. It’s the focal length

It wasn’t immediately obvious, but when it kept switching to macro mode when I was trying to take pictures of items up close I did some reading. It makes sense too, when you think about it.

Yeah, my macro mode comes on way before I really get close. Is that normal?
