Has anyone else noticed that HDR playback is not available through the youtube app yet and if you go to the website playback is capped at 720p.

Is anyone else getting this can anyone else play HDR in the app or get a higher playback rate on the website?

Tried both safari and chrome. Thanks

In the YouTube app you definitely will not get HDR and probably never will on an iPhone. They reserve that allowance for Android only.

If your accessing via the browser, probably the same detection I’m afraid.
