Pro tools mixing app

Hi I bought the MPV's Pro tools 10 403 - Rich Tozzoli's mixing toolbox app for £13.99 yesterday and it won't work. Every time i try to run it, it says it can not be opened. It needs Mac OS X 10.6.6 or later to run and i'm running 10.6.8 any ideas??
