Pro Tools Problems!

Hi Guys,

Im looking for some help!

I bought a Macbook Pro running Mac OS X 10.6.3 a few months ago. I installed my digidesign Mbox 2 and Pro tools LE version 8.01 but i have been having serious issues running them!

Everytime i try to open a new project, the system hangs! It even hangs if i go to system preferences and click on the audio tab!! I downloaded updates from digidesign as well, hoping it will solve the problem..but no luck!!

My Mbox 2 & Pro Tools used to work fine on my older PC system.

Any solutions or insights?

is that a supported configuration? head over to avid.com and check the compatibility charts.

there are also troubleshooting guides on the DUC.

I discovered even Youtube videos start hanging when the mbox is plugged in! Strange!
Will try and find a solution ont he other websties tho...
