Prob with speakable items

Hi all,
I need help in regards to the speakable items feature. I made AIM a speakable item via the "Make this speakable command" The only problem now is that in the switching applications , when i pull up speech commands window, there are like 10+ commands for "Switch to AIM" Anyone have any idea how to remove that or fix it?
