Problem adjusting display brightness in bootcamp

I have a MacBook Pro hooked up to an Apple Cinema Display. I just installed Windows 7 and when I try to change the brightness of the displays through bootcamp, the brightness does change on the Cinema display but when I try to change the brightness on the display of the MacBook Pro nothing happens when I move the slider, the brightness just stays the same. Does anyone know what could be the problem?
