Hello all

I am not good with computers. I request your explanation in the simplest possible way so that I understand

Here is my problem:

1. After updating OS Mojave I was having some issues with safari and Itunes. I thus decided to install OS Sierra (version 10.12.6) from a flash drive

I have completed the process from MAC OS Utilities ---> Install Mac OS (I got here after pressing CMD+ALT+P+R)

Now that OS Sierra is installed, every time I remove the flash drive from the USB port, my Mac crashes. It just doesn't work without the flash drive plugged in .
Why am I not able to work on my with the flash drive (through which I installed OS Sierra) removed?

2. I also get a message "macOS can’t repair the disk “Macintosh HD”.
How can I fix this ?

Please help
Thank you
