Problem after updating to 13.4.1 (a)

A few minutes ago I updated my Mac Mini M1 from 13.4.1 to 13.4.1(a) which is a security response update and now Facebook is telling me unsupported browser. Anyone else experiencing this issue on 13.4.1.(a) with Safari 16.5.2 (a) (18615.2.9.11.9)
