Well I am on my second MacBook Pro in 5 days, first one had a loose battery cover, and I am experiencing problems booting after I create a secure disk image.

I did not see this posted anywhere so sorry if this is a problem people are already aware of.

Details:

Erase all current data and do a fresh install of Leopard. I do not install any iLife applications. Everything goes fine and I can fully use and reboot the MBP. I need to have secure disk images, so I go into disk utility create one that is 4GB and everything seems fine. The problem is the next time I restart my computer will just go into a blue screen and sit there forever. It does not seem to matter if I put data in the secure image or not. I also noticed that I my HD icon will turn into a folder with a red circle on the bottom right hand corner.

I have tried reinstalling OS X 4 times now and problem still happens. I have tried resetting the power options, holding down :apple:+Option+R+P, running disk utility fix, and every other combination I can think of and nothing seems to be working!

Anyone else experiencing problems like this? I have an appointment tonight at my local apple store so I will let you guys know what happens.
