Hi,
I'm trying to install Fedora on a partition on my external Hard Drive. The partition is formatted as "Mac OS Extended (Journaled)" and when I open the information on the drive it is listed as bootable. However when I restart (holding down the option key) only my internal drive and cd drive appear as bootable. I've tried booting from the LiveCD and then installing Fedora onto the partition that way, the installation went fine but the drive still isn't showing up in the boot menu.
Im using Leopard on a 24 inch iMac, and my external drive is a SATA connection connected to the Mac through a USB converter.
Any help is greatly appreciated
Cheers
