I was asked to copy and burn some CDs for a friend. I burnt them as DVD/CD Master through Disk Utility. The discs burnt fine but the problem is my friend has a windows computer and I am wondering if there is a program that can read a .cdr master file.

Your friend could rename them to .iso and then be able to use a program of her/his choice to burn them.
Or you rename them to .iso, Whatever steps float your boat.
