Problem connect to wifi

Hi guys, my macbook air currently running on OS X 10.10..

Im having trouble when connect to wifi that always show to enter username and password.. Please advice

Under the mode drop down can you select what it's saying in the message?

Nope, there is only automatic mode and TLS mode. And still ask for username and password
