This comes up when I open the Yummy Soup App.

There was a problem connecting to the server “idisk.mac.com”. Contact your system administrator for more information. How do I get rid of it?

Sounds like it is trying to sync your recipes to the now non-existent iDisk. Is there a setting in Yummy Soup preferences to turn that off?

I had the same problem. The YummySoup! developer provided this solution:
Now that MobileMe is is no more, if you are having a problem with YummySoup! repeatedly trying to connect to your iDisk follow these steps to disable the iDisk error message:

Open Keychain and under passwords delete both the YummySoup! MobileMe Username and Password entries. This will get rid of the dialog.

Problem solved!
