Problem connection Powerbeats pro to Apple Watch

Hi all.

When my iPhone and Apple Watch are on two different networks I cannot connect my Powerbeats pro to the watch. The watch claims that either the Powerbeats pro are either not switched on or are out of range.

How do I connect my Powerbeats pro to my watch in this scenario?
