Problem copying files and folders with non-English characters

Hi

I’m dual booting Windows 7 on my Mac book pro. I regularly need to move folders between my Boot Camp and OSX partitions, which usually is no problem thanks to Snow Leopard enabling Windows 7 to read OSX drives in Boot Camp.

However as soon as files or folders use non-English characters I am unable to copy them from the NTSF drive to OSX in SL.

What can I do to be able to read and copy these files in SL?
