Problem downgrading.

Well I had some problems with my iPhone 3GS on 3.1.3. It gave me the restore error 1015. This is a downgrading error but i was already on 3.1.3. I used the blackra1n method which got the phone working. But whenever I try to click restore on iTunes I get the error 1015. Is there any way of fixing this as I do not want to use blackra1n every time I restore.

I would try downloading another 3.1.3 ipsw and test.
