problem editing documents, doesn't show all text

Anyone else having a problem with editing text documents?

I thought it was a problem with Espresso but haven't the same problem in TextWrangler.

I open a page that has 100's of lines of text and it only shows half of it. I can't scroll down, I have to go to the end and manually arrow down until it finally shows the rest of the text.
