[problem] files being created automatically

recently i noticed in my download folder some files with similar names keep popping up.names are like this:
-wireshark%201.6.0%20intel%2064.dmg

now an application must be downloading/creating these bu i dont know which.
i have cnet tech tracker installed which show wireshark as an update available app but since i dont have the premium account it doesnt download anything just shows a list.
is there anyway i can check which app creates the files?
