Problem going from beta 14 to Ios 13

Hi i tried the beta for iphone 7 and is good but i wanna return to ios 13 the original software i downloaded the software to install i put my cell in dfu mode and selected the file but after a while is says that is an error 4005 and that the software couldn’t be installed How can i do it with out any problem? i followed the steps 2 times and still the same
Can you help me?

Actually for error code 4005 for an iPhone 7, it's recommended to "Press and hold both the Side (or Top) button and the Volume Down button until you see the Apple logo."
