Problem - Holding a key causes symbol options (10.7)

Hello, friends!
First, sorry for my bad english. My problem is:
When i hold a key, it displays balloon with symbol options (look at the picture - ß-ś-š), instead of multiple same letters (ex. - ssssssss). It's not only in Skype, the problem appears in all applications.

I'm using fresh installed Mac OS Lion 10.7.

Problem Solved - you must execute this in the Terminal:
defaults write -g ApplePressAndHoldEnabled -bool false
