Problem: holding iphone 14 fingers touch screen ^ triggers links

Just upgraded from iphone 11 to 14 and when holding the phone my fingers touch screen which inadvertently triggers links making it a nightmare to try to watch youtube videos.

Will buying a case fix this? Thanks for your time
