I'm trying to move some emails from Apple Mail from an old computer to a new computer. They are on my old computer and I won't be able to download them from the server that they originally cam from, which means everything needs to be exported and then imported.

I was able to export and then import about 2/3 of them without much problem, but then with the final third or so, I encountered this weird issue where they all have the exact same date (or they were all from a small handful of dates that weren't the original date - like I would have a year of emails all with the same date).

Has anyone ever encountered anything like this and can you suggest a fix?

I would do a Cat5 network cable transfer - or a Time Machine Transfer.
