Sometimes when I connect a USB3 external drive, if I double click it on the desktop, it opens a Finder window but it's totally blank/empty, as if the drive is empty (which it's not).
If I close and reopen a few times, eventually the content shows up, but there's black spaces where the text labels should be:
If I double click any of the folders in the pic, nothing happens.
It seems to work fine if I navigate to the USB drive from another Finder window using the Sidebar.
