Problem in installing Windows 10 Pro on MacBook Pro 16" 2019

Hi, I just tried to use Bootcamp to install Windows on the MBP 16". I am stuck at the screen with a blue windows symbol in the middle. It says that unexpected restart. After rebooting, the issue repeats. Anybody knows how to fix this?
