problem in restore from back up os 5.1

hello guys
i update my iphone to 5.1 using custom firmware because am on gevey sim
all went fine i JB and unlock by gevey sim
but my problem is i cant get my messages and notes from backup
i tried in itunes to do right click on my iphone name and use restore from backup but i cant see this word in itunes, even the restore and check for update icons in summary tab are nt hightlighted
any idea ?
