Problem installing drivers in Windows XP

Hello

I recently installed WinXP in my macbook, after all the installation i inserted my leopard CD to install drivers and nothing would happen, I tried to look for the .exe and the CD would appear blank, for some reason WinXP its not recognizing the CD.

I dont know if the problem is because i have snow leopard installed and i dont have the snow leopard installation CD i only have the leopard one.

Please if someone could help me with this i would be really gratefull. I need for my work :
