Problem jailbreaking verizon iphone 4.2.8

when i try to jailbreak my iphone4 i keep getting error 3194. I've tried using IREB, changing my host file, and using tinyumberlla nothing seems to work. can anyone help me please?
 
Did you use the 4.2.8 ipsw because the 3194 code normally appears when trying to install an older firmware.
