Whenever I try to open multiple applications, before the next one opens it closes out the window of the one that was on my desktop. The app is still running, but the window is closed. This is not a huge problem when the apps are full screen (optimized for Lion) as I can gesture back and forth between apps, but when using older apps, it is very annoying especially when trying to drag and drop files. It seems as though it is only allowing me one window open at a time. Is anyone else having this problem? Or know of a way I can fix it?

gotten plenty of views but no posts.... any ideas at all?

i just created another user on my computer and that login is not having the same problem. So im guessing its something i did, but i have no idea what. Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Once i click show all, it acts as normal. But for some reason this isnt the default action and i have to click it each time. Anyone know how to make it automatically "Show All" whenever i open a window?

hey mate did you find a definite answer to this? I too am looking for a way to keep multiple windows from different applications open - sometimes i want to drag and drop from different apps.
