[Problem] Leopard and Black and White printing

I just noticed that I can't set any filter before I print to make the output to my printer be black and white (or grayscale)> I used this a lot in Tiger as it saves me ink. I think the setting used to be called Quartz Filter, but I don't see it anymore now.
