PROBLEM: My homescreen links I made don't work anymore

Ok so I upgraded to iOS4 on the 21st on my 3GS and after that I was still able to use my homescreen links to web pages that I made.

Today I got my iPhone 4 and sync'd everything up. I went to use a homescreen link I made and when I tap it nothing happens. I thought no big deal so I deleted it and recreated it. Same thing. So for some reason it's either the new phone or some weird setting preventing the links from working.

I'm on hold with Apple tech support to see if they know.

Is this happening to anyone else? If so, any fixes?

Just do a hard reset (holding down home key and lock key at same time for 10 seconds) then wait like 15 seconds an turn back on. links work fine now.
