Problem of WIFI channel and WIFI country code

I bought my mbp(15 inch early 2011) in HongKong. I check wifi information in "about this Mac", it's said that country code is US.

So that it won't support channel 12&13. But I've seen the country code of my friend's mbp(also bought in HK) was set to X1, which support channel 1~13.

How could I switch my country code? So that I could set my router in channel 13, and my mbp could find it.
