Problem: opening a Photos library keeps flickering/flashing

Hi everyone,

I have transferred (by copy / paste) my Photos library form my mbp Sierra to iMac Sierra and when I open the library container, it start Photos but it keeps flashing/flickering without opening the application.

At the top where you see the menu bar, it switches between Photos and Finder, very fast. I can't even use the monitor to force quit Photos...

I have to restart.

Would there be any tricks to this?
