Problem opening hyperlinks in Mac Mail

Hello:

For some reason, when I click on a hyperlink in an email, it will not open up in Firefox (my default browser). If I close Mac Mail, then restart it - it will work for a little while, but then it will stop...

what gives?

Try just copying the hyperlink with a control- or right-click.
