Problem overcloking in win xp

Hello i have a problem overcloking my gf 8600, gt 512mb, im using drivers from Laptop2go 175.80, and using riva tuner, when i trie to overclock to like memory to 700 it and click apply, nothing happens the clock speed stays defoult :(
