Hello,

Please help with this... long story short, I have set up an email signature on my mac which includes a PNG graphic. On its own this is fine and can be opened and viewed as intended at the other end by PC. However, when I include an attachment (ie word, powerpoint or excel doc) the PNG graphic and all text which should appear below the PNG graphic in the body of the email is not there when received by a PC.

This is also the case when forwarding an email which contains attachments - anything below my PNG graphic, including the original email, does not come through on the PC at the receiving end.

Please help - this has even stumped the guys at Apple Tech Support!

Try changing it to a .jpg. It's possible some PCs may not have file associations set properly for .png files, but most of them handle .jpg files well.

yeah, tried that but still no good.

What I don't get is how the graphic goes through fine in a simple email but as soon as I add an attachment its stuffed????
